1. How do I get started with my first order?
Getting started is easy! you have the option or ordering online. If you are already a
WorldCard member, simply log-in and proceed with your order or if you are not, just register yourself as a online member and you are able to proceed with your order too.
Fill up your cart by selecting items through one of our many easy search features and then follow the steps to checkout. When ordering online, you can pay by any major cards or redeem your order by using your
WorldCard Points. Enjoy your shopping!
2. What are my payment options?
Major credit cards are accepted here- MasterCard or Visa Card. Besides, we accept your valid WorldCard Points for Full Point or FASTrak redemption.
3. Is there any minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum or any order placed.
4. Do you offer any price discount?
Yes, most of the items are offered to you with special online price.
5. How long will my saved cart be available for me to access?
Saved carts expire after 1 hour.
6. What happen if an item is out of stock?
Our website displays real time inventory, so you know exactly what is available. If an item is not currently in stock it will shows in 'Arriving Soon'.
7. How do I see what's in my shopping cart?
At anytime you can click on the 'View Cart' button at the top of the page to view its contents. |

1. How do I apply for WorldCard?
WorldCard can be applied and processed immediately at
WorldCard Centres in Wisma Genting and Genting - City of
Entertainment; onsite issuance at designated recruitment outlets or
online application via www.worldcard.com.my website.
2. How do I issue a supplementary card?
You may issue one supplementary card to your spouse. Just approach
any WorldCard Centres for instant processing, apply from
designated recruitment outlets or via WorldCard website.
3. What is the validity of my WorldCard and how do I renew it?
Your membership card validity can vary from 1 - 5 years from date
issued, subject to the policy set by the card issuer. Renewal fee will
also vary according to card issuers and can be paid via cash, credit
card or membership points. Just approach any WorldCard Centres
for a hassle-free membership renewal.
4. How do I accumulate WorldCard Points (WP)?
Present your WorldCard upon spending at participating
merchant outlets to earn valuable membership points. Below is an example
on how points are calculated and accumulated:

5. How and where
can I utilise my WorldCard Points?
The WorldCard Points accumulated through your spending can be
used to redeem for room, show tickets, theme park or products and
services at participating merchant outlets.
For example: One RM60 show ticket in Genting can be redeemed using 6,000
WorldCard Points in local currency OR One meal at F&B Merchant
valued at RM100 can be redeemed with 10,000 WorldCard Points in
local currency.
6. Does my WorldCard Points have any expiry date?
WorldCard Points have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date
earned. In the event you utilise your WorldCard to earn
WorldCard Points at any participating merchants within the 24
months, the membership points will be automatically extended for an
additional 24 months. Hence, the validity is virtually perpetual.
7. How do I check my WorldCard Points balance?
You can call our membership enquiries at (603) 2179 1888 or log on
to www.worldcard.com.my for online points enquiry. Alternatively, you
can check your latest WorldCard Points balance via real-time
updates at designated Info Kiosks or transactions receipts upon spending
at participating merchant outlets.
8. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Please notify us immediately at the nearest WorldCard Centres
or contact us at (603) 2179 1888 to prevent unauthorised usage of your
membership points, followed by confirmation in writing within seven
days. Until such notification is received, the member shall remain
liable for all charges incurred on the WorldCard irregardless
whether the authorisation is from the member. A processing fee or
certain amount of WorldCard Points will be levied for each card
replaced.
9. Changes of member's details
Please keep us updated on any changes of your personal particulars
(address or telephone number) by visiting us at our WorldCard
Centres or writing to us at the address stated at Contact Us.
Alternatively, you can call our membership enquiries and our membership
service personnel will be glad to assist you.
10. Will I get my points immediately after making my purchase?
In most cases, your WorldCard Points will be accorded
immediately or by end of the day. However, there are times when the
points will have to be manually accorded, which will be registered
within 30 working days.
11. Is my WorldCard transferable?
No. Your card is not transferable as the benefits and privileges are
exclusively for your sole enjoyment. |
